
RUNNING
The sessions will help you run naturally and learn correct technique. The pace and length of the runs will be within your own limits, with the emphasis on enjoying yourself and learning from each other. The pre and post run sessions will include warm up drills and stretching techniques.

'Beach Treat' is our Margate 'Pop Up'. Located directly on the beach, the venue offers the ideal place to relax and exercise with direct access to numerous coastal running routes, many miles of golden sandy beaches and the close proximity of the cultural attractions of Margate, the original seaside resort.
​
Suitable for all abilities - with or without experience of running or pilates. We will adapt our classes and divide the group for the runs to suit your ability. We will help you stay fit and injury free.
PILATES
The morning classes will be energising and fun. The evening classes
will help you unwind and relax. Del promotes a happy atmosphere within all classes with an emphasis on everyone working to their own limits and whenever possible, with a laugh and a smile. These sessions will be held on the beach.



Accommodation and costs
Beach Treat can sleep up to 8 people in twin and double rooms. The house is located right on
the beach and benefits from stunning views and a lovely beach side garden.

Things TO BRING
As you know, we have our own little micro-climate in Margate so it is very difficult to know if it will be good weather. If the weather is kind to us, we will hold the pilates sessions on the beach. If it rains, pilates will be in the house. The run sessions will go ahead in all conditions, so come prepared.

5.30pm Introduction to the weekend retreat, meet the group and the team
6pm Pilates/Yoga session designed to unwind from travelling and settle in
7.30pm Group dinner at Cinque Ports - Margate Seafront
Relax and Chill - beach, walk, sleep.
SATURDAY
8 - 9.15am Healthy breakfast at the house
9.30am Morning Pilates to wake up and warm up
10.15 - 11.45am Coastal run + beach workshop (pre run drills and post run stretches
1pm - 4pm Lunch and Free time (kayaking, beach, art gallery)
5 - 6pm Sunset Pilates and stretching to relax and recover
7.30pm Nourishing dinner at BeBeached - Margate Harbour Arm
Relax and Chill - Watch the sunset on the lawn, beach walk, sleep.
SUNDAY
8 - 9.30am Healthy breakfast
9.30am Morning Pilates - including warm up and stretching
10.15am - 12.15pm Run and swim Travel to Walpole Bay - coastal run and refreshing swim in the Walpole Tidal Pool
